Chapter 2
All day long they had had fun. B,C,D, and E had played board games, watched movies, eaten junk food, laughed... They were now in the couch, playing video games 2 at the time. All day long C had, every now and then, glanced at B who had stayed in E’s protective arms. A feeling of sadness was in C’s heart as, although he was now closer to B, he was also noticing B and E’s signs of affection. During a game between D and E, C notices B walk away. This is his opportunity! C stands up and follows B into the bathroom. B was standing at the sink hands on each side. His face had just been wetted, and the tap was still running. C enters after seeing that B is dressed. “Hey”. B jumps, suprised by C, and looks at him. At first panicked but quickly relaxes.
“-Oh! Sorry to have suprised you. Do you want me to leave?
-No! I... I mean... You can stay if you’d like...
-Ok...”
Silence
“-I... I noticed you were a bit... withdrawn today. Are you ok?
-I mean... I just got... you know. So I am obviously a bit rattled.
-Ya... makes sense.”
Silence
“-Hey, thanks for earlier...
-Bro, its normal...
-No like really. I mean it. Without you...
-No need to imagine that! Whatever would have happened didn't so its ok.”
C took both of B’s hands into his.
“-Really. I am serious. Don't mind it.
-Thanks for noticing I wasn't ok too.
-What do you mean?
-Well right then, when you entered, you said you saw I was absent, thanks for noticing.
-That’s normal.
-Well... E didn’t notice...
-Im sure they did!
-Hmm... If you say so.”
Suddenly, C notices the time and that they were holding hands. He quickly realeses B’s hands and starts walking out.
“-Hmm. We should go back.
-Yes! Sorry...
-No, no! Dont worry!”
B and C walked back to the living room. E had fallen asleep but D was still playing his game. C decided it felt like time to go.
“-Hmm. I think I’m gonna go home...
-Ok.” said D, too interessed in his game to listen
“Me too” said B
“Ok.”
“Hmm bye?” hesitated C
“Bye.” replied D
“Byyyyyyye” concluded B
